Just got back from a trip to India. It is always feels good to be at our Mumbai Research Center. As a company we are ‘wired to be global’. But if there is a center of mass of the company it is in Mumbai.

We are located in Malad, a suburb of Mumbai. The corporate park where our offices are, Mindspace, is top grade. Some of our neighbours are J P Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Our office has a capacity of 300 - which explains all the empty cubes in the photo below. We should be close to that headcount towards the end of next year. On the way we will have to build a culture, keep the learning high, the jobs interesting and meet our goals on ramping up coverage to the broader market.
